We are thrilled to announce that the team is currently working, once again in partnership with our regular collaborators, on the design of a unique rental complex located in the TOD area of the train station in Candiac. This innovative project will be realized in several distinct phases: the first phase will be delivered in 2025 and the others in the following years. Our understanding of the rental market has allowed us to evolve our offer to create living spaces that correspond to today’s reality.
The structure of the buildings will be made of 100% concrete, for optimal and unparalleled soundproofing. The harmonious and diversified common spaces will delight the residents. The industrial look of the building offers large rooms with plenty of height and its numerous openings allow for the use of natural light, while displaying the noble materials of modern architecture.
